Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any electronics back to our facility.

Secure Packaging

Place the item in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories included to prevent damage during transit and ensure full credit.

Shipping the Product

Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package via a trackable carrier to our designated returns warehouse.
